Membership
Those who are owners of
surface water rights which are directly diverted from
the Gallatin River system and its tributaries by means
of ditch or pump. The membership elects the
Board of Directors at the
annual meeting in November.
AGAI is a Montana
Not For Profit Corporation organized as a 501 C5. Dues
and contributions paid to AGAI may be tax deductible as
a membership in a trade or business association
(however, the deductible amount is directly related to
the amount AGAI spends on lobbying activities).
